Delivery Areas
We deliver to the main population areas between Tewantin, The Sunshine Coast and the Northern suburbs of Brisbane that can be reached via bitumen roads.

Cut off times for orders
Online or emailed orders by 2pm day before delivery.
Phone orders 3pm day before delivery.

KAYLENE : CALOUNDRA AREA : Caloundra West. Little Mountain, Caloundra, Golden Beach, Pelican Waters, Kings Beach, Moffat Beach, Shelley Beach, Aroona, Currimundi, Meridan Plains.


Wednesday and Friday



If there is no reply when we arrive with your order we will try very hard to find you but if we can't we are unable to leave meals unnattended unless we have an existing arrangement in place with you. Please call us (07 5494 0113) before placing your order if you think you maybe out when we deliver and we can discuss these possible alternate arrangements....

  • Asking a neighbour to let us in to your residence
  • Packing your delivery into your eski and leaving in a safe place
  • Packing your delivery into one of our eskis and leaving them in a safe place for you
  • Delivering to an alternate address


We dont use contractors

All deliveries are made by our own professionaly trained staff, who are kind and

considerate to your needs. In many cases they may have also processed your order or been involved in preparing your meals as we encourage all our people to cross train. You'll get to know your driver on first name terms as we tend to keep the same person on the same run. We dont use contractors so you dont have to deal with unknown people.

Kaylene (pictured) has been delivering to our Buderim, Bribie and Sunshine Coast customers for the past 4 years.

Can we leave meals in an eski? 
If we have discussed this option with you prior to receiveing your order then in most cases we can pack meals into an eski for you and leave in a nominated safe location. We do seek assurance that the meals will be placed into a freezer within 2 hours of our departure to maintain them at the correct temperature, particualrly on hot days.

What DAY do we deliver in your area?
We cover the main population areas between Tewantin and the most Northern suburbs of Brisbane. Check the table below or if you have our latest menu our delivery schedule is on the back of the menu (including dates for fortnightly areas). Our vehicles are suited only to Bitumen Roads and deliveries we have made in the past involving dirt roads have caused our onboard refrigeration systems to fail, for this reason we run them over Bitumen only.

What TIME do we deliver in your area?
We can quote a typical arrival time within a 2-3 hour window if you call, email or ask us in the special delivery instructions area (online orders). We make every attempt to deliver to you within this quoted time frame but things often happen that delay us. If we are running exceptionally late we will call you and let you know.

Additionally our refrigerated vehicles are tracked which means we can see their current location on a "live map" in the office. This avoids the need to call the driver and means we can quickly give you an accurate estimate of their arrival time as they approach your area on the day of your delivery. 




Deliveries and Notice 

We accept online orders up to 2pm on the day before your delivery. If you think you maybe out when we arrive we will gladly leave your order in your esky, but please make contact with us to arrange this.

Contracts :   

We don’t have contracts.  You can order as often or as seldom as you like as we rely on the quality of our meals and the service we provide to entice you to come back for more on a regular basis!
